End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CloudBriz Technologies Ltd. ("CloudBriz," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Mediabriz browser extension and associated cloud services (collectively, the "Software" or "Service").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your organization’s active Mediabriz subscription, CloudBriz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Mediabriz browser extension on devices where you access supported environments
- Access and use the Mediabriz cloud services in connection with the browser extension
This license is granted solely for your internal business use. This Agreement applies regardless of how the subscription was obtained, whether through the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace, a direct agreement with CloudBriz, or any other authorized channel. CloudBriz is the sole provider of the Service under all subscription arrangements.
The Service may also include administrative dashboards that present aggregate, organization-level usage analytics and reporting. Access to such dashboards is controlled by the permissions the Customer grants within Genesys Cloud.
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Use the Software for any purpose other than its intended use with supported environments
- Create derivative works based on the Software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Software or its related systems
3. Subscription and Access
3.1 Subscription Requirement
Your right to use the Software is contingent upon your organization maintaining an active Mediabriz subscription, whether obtained through the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace, a direct agreement with CloudBriz, or any other authorized channel. If the subscription expires, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason, your license to use the Software is automatically revoked.
3.2 Authentication
Access to the Software requires an active Genesys Cloud account and authentication through Genesys Cloud OAuth. Users must have the required permissions configured by their organization in order to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Genesys Cloud credentials.
CloudBriz is not responsible for authentication failures, permission configuration issues, account restrictions, or any outages or disruptions originating from Genesys Cloud or the Customer’s identity management systems.
4. Updates and Modifications
CloudBriz may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Such updates may be installed automatically through the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons store, or other applicable browser extension marketplaces. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. CloudBriz is not obligated to provide any updates, support, or maintenance for the Software.
CloudBriz may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including its backend services, APIs, features, and infrastructure, at any time without prior notice and without liability. Such changes may affect functionality, features, or compatibility. CloudBriz is under no obligation to maintain backward compatibility with previous versions of the Software or its services.
5. Data Processing
Your use of the Software involves the processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. If your organization requires a Data Processing Agreement, please refer to our DPA.
The Software processes metadata and user-created content as necessary to provide the Service. Media files and documents may be processed temporarily as required for Service functionality. CloudBriz does not permanently store customer content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with its retention policies. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:
- Use the Software to process, transmit, or store content that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures implemented in the Software
- Reverse engineer, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended functionality
- Use the Software to infringe upon the rights of any third party
- Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
You are solely responsible for all content processed through the Service by your organization and its authorized users. CloudBriz does not monitor or review the content processed through the Service and assumes no liability for such content.
7. Browser Extension Behavior
The Software operates as a browser extension that interacts with and may modify the content and behavior of supported web interfaces. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The extension requires specific browser permissions to function, as declared in its manifest and applicable store listings
- The extension may inject, overlay, or modify elements within supported web pages as part of its normal operation
- Functionality may vary depending on the browser, browser version, operating system, network configuration, and the Customer’s environment
- The extension interacts with page content within supported domains as configured by the Customer’s administrator
- CloudBriz does not guarantee identical behavior across all supported browsers or environments
- CloudBriz is not liable for differences in rendering, behavior, or performance caused by browser updates, environment changes, or third-party platform modifications
8. Third-Party Components
The Software incorporates the following third-party open-source components, each subject to its own license terms:

The applicable license texts are available within the Software distribution. Your use of these components is governed by their respective licenses. Nothing in this Agreement restricts your rights under those open-source licenses with respect to the open-source components alone.
9. Third-Party Dependency Protection
The Service depends on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Genesys Cloud, browser platforms (such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), and cloud infrastructure providers. You acknowledge and agree that:
- CloudBriz is not responsible for outages, failures, downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party systems or services
- CloudBriz is not responsible for changes, deprecations, or modifications to third-party APIs, user interfaces, platforms, or policies, including changes made by Genesys Cloud, and such changes may impact the availability or functionality of the Service without liability to CloudBriz
- Compatibility with all versions, configurations, or releases of third-party systems is not guaranteed
- Platform modifications by third parties, including updates to Genesys Cloud, browser platforms, or cloud providers, may affect the behavior of the Service, and CloudBriz bears no liability for such impact
- CloudBriz is not obligated to modify the Service to accommodate changes made by third-party providers
CloudBriz shall not be liable for failures, disruptions, or loss of functionality caused by third-party platforms, including Genesys Cloud, whether resulting from API changes, user interface changes, platform modifications, or any other third-party action or omission. This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
The Software, excluding the third-party components listed in Section 8, is the proprietary property of CloudBriz Technologies Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. CloudBriz retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
This Agreement does not grant you any rights to CloudBriz trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
11. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide CloudBriz with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvement requests, or other recommendations regarding the Software ("Feedback"), you hereby grant CloudBriz a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose, without obligation, compensation, or attribution to you. You acknowledge that CloudBriz is not obligated to act on any Feedback.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
CLOUDBRIZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SOFTWARE
- WARRANTIES OF AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE
- WARRANTIES OF SECURITY OR DETECTION OF MALICIOUS CONTENT, THREATS, OR VULNERABILITIES
CLOUDBRIZ DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT OR PREVENT ALL MALICIOUS CONTENT, SECURITY THREATS, OR VULNERABILITIES. THE SERVICE IS NOT DESIGNED OR INTENDED TO SERVE AS THE SOLE OR PRIMARY MEANS OF CONTENT INSPECTION, THREAT DETECTION, OR THREAT PREVENTION.
12.1 Security Feature Disclaimer
Mediabriz Guard is a supplemental scanning and media analysis feature provided for informational purposes only. It is not a cybersecurity product, antivirus solution, malware-prevention service, malware-removal service, managed detection and response (MDR) service, security operations platform, or guarantee of file safety. Scan results are based on the scanning technologies and threat intelligence available at the time of scanning and may not detect all malicious, unsafe, harmful, or unauthorized content.
THE SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE ENDPOINT SECURITY, ANTIVIRUS SOLUTIONS, OR ENTERPRISE CYBERSECURITY CONTROLS. THE CUSTOMER REMAINS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS OVERALL SECURITY POSTURE.
IF YOUR ORGANIZATION HAS ENABLED THE MEDIABRIZ GUARD SCANNING FEATURE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- THE SCANNING SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS A SUPPLEMENTARY SECURITY MEASURE ONLY
- CLOUDBRIZ DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SCANNING SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL MALWARE, VIRUSES, OR MALICIOUS CONTENT
- FILES IDENTIFIED AS "CLEAN," "SAFE," OR "NO THREAT DETECTED" BY THE SCANNING SERVICE MAY STILL CONTAIN UNDETECTED THREATS. SUCH RESULTS INDICATE ONLY THAT NO KNOWN THREAT WAS IDENTIFIED AT THE TIME OF SCANNING AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A FILE IS SAFE, HARMLESS, COMPLIANT, AUTHENTIC, OR FREE FROM MALICIOUS CODE OR HARMFUL CONTENT
- THE SCANNING SERVICE RELIES ON THIRD-PARTY MALWARE DETECTION TECHNOLOGY AND IS SUBJECT TO THE DETECTION CAPABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF THAT TECHNOLOGY
- CLOUDBRIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MALWARE OR THREATS THAT THE SCANNING SERVICE FAILS TO DETECT
- THE CUSTOMER REMAINS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER TO OPEN, ACCESS, DOWNLOAD, TRANSMIT, SHARE, RELY UPON, OR OTHERWISE INTERACT WITH ANY FILE, MEDIA ITEM, MESSAGE, ATTACHMENT, OR SCAN RESULT
12.2 Automated and AI-Generated Outputs
The Service may, now or in the future, include automated analysis, AI-generated outputs, classifications, recommendations, summaries, insights, transcriptions, translations, or workflow suggestions ("Automated Outputs"). The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Automated Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, biased, or unsuitable for the Customer's intended use
- Automated Outputs do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, security, compliance, or other expert advice
- The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all Automated Outputs before relying on them or acting upon them
- CloudBriz does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, fitness, or reliability of any Automated Output
- CloudBriz shall not be liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or omissions resulting from reliance on Automated Outputs
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- CLOUDBRIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE
- CLOUDBRIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL
- CLOUDBRIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA, INCLUDING ANNOTATIONS, FOLLOW-UPS, SCAN RESULTS, OR ANY OTHER DATA CREATED OR PROCESSED THROUGH THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER CAUSED BY SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SOFTWARE DEFECTS, THIRD-PARTY FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE
- CLOUDBRIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, FAILURES, OR CHANGES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SYSTEM OR SERVICE, INCLUDING GENESYS CLOUD, BROWSER PLATFORMS, AND CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS
- CLOUDBRIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM MALWARE, RANSOMWARE, PHISHING ATTACKS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, DATA EXPOSURE, FILE CORRUPTION, MISSED DETECTIONS, FALSE POSITIVES, FALSE NEGATIVES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM FAILURES
- CLOUDBRIZ’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if CloudBriz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudBriz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Software in violation of this Agreement
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any content processed through the Service by you or your organization
- Any third-party claim resulting from your use of the Software
15. Term and Termination
15.1 Term
This Agreement is effective from the date you first install or use the Software and continues for the duration of your organization’s active Mediabriz subscription, as governed by the subscription terms agreed upon through the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace, a direct agreement with CloudBriz, or any other authorized channel.
15.2 Trial Access
CloudBriz may, at its sole discretion, offer trial or evaluation access to the Software. Such trial access may be limited in usage, features, or duration. Trial access is provided "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. CloudBriz may terminate or modify trial access at any time without prior notice and without liability.
15.3 Termination by You
Your organization may terminate its subscription in accordance with the terms of its subscription agreement (see Terms of Use). Uninstalling the browser extension does not constitute cancellation of the subscription and does not relieve your organization of its payment obligations for the remainder of the committed subscription term.
15.4 Termination by CloudBriz
CloudBriz may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at its sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of this Agreement
- Your organization’s subscription expires or is cancelled
- Your organization fails to pay applicable fees
- CloudBriz determines, in its sole judgment, that continued access poses a risk to the Service, its infrastructure, or other customers
- CloudBriz is required to do so by law
- CloudBriz ceases to offer the Software
CloudBriz’s right to suspend or terminate access under this section applies regardless of any third-party agreement, including Genesys AppFoundry marketplace terms, Genesys billing arrangements, or enterprise agreements. CloudBriz’s relationship with the Customer under this Agreement is independent of any third-party commercial arrangement. No third-party agreement shall limit or override CloudBriz’s rights under this section.
15.5 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or expiration, all rights granted under this Agreement cease. You must uninstall the browser extension and destroy any copies of the Software in your possession. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.
16. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Software.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, except where the parties have agreed otherwise in a signed written agreement.
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and DPA (if applicable), constitutes the entire agreement between you and CloudBriz with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
