AI-assisted actions from a live conversation. The agent runs an analysis, Mediabriz reads the conversation (text and, if the agent selects them, images shared in it) and prepares a draft for the action, for example a new order or a return. The agent reviews, confirms and sends it to your own system (webhook or ERP). Nothing reaches your system without the agent's explicit approval.

No minimum commitment. Enabled per organization by your admin. Available now: Create Order and Create Return, with other action types built around your workflows.

What is billed?

You are billed for each unique digital conversation handled by the Mediabriz app. Interactions that never reach Mediabriz are not charged. A conversation is counted only once, even when it contains multiple messages or files.
