- Counting follows Genesys Cloud. Users with a CX license count, while Hourly Interacting users and users without a CX license are never counted.
- Set a policy for each license type, and choose whether it alerts you or applies your sign-in policy.
- Optionally ask users for a Login ID, so your reports show exactly who signed in and how.
