For organizations with Mediabriz Guard enabled, a clear in-app alert appears when a file in the conversation you’re focused on is flagged as unsafe, even if the Mediabriz window is tucked away. One click takes you into Mediabriz to review it safely, instead of downloading from Genesys.
Email alerts when new threats arrive
Threats don’t only matter to the agent on the conversation. Security and operations teams often need the same signal outside the desktop. Guard can now send email alerts when new threats arrive, so awareness continues beyond the live session.
