A refreshed, on-brand loading experience
Loading screens now feature a new Mediabriz “media timeline” animation: images, audio, documents, and video flow across the screen and “deliver” into the Mediabriz mark. It’s lighter, smoother, and unmistakably Mediabriz, replacing the previous generic spinner.
One-click sign-in, fewer interruptions
When a session expires, getting back to work is now a single click. Media previews and the session screen offer a direct “Sign in to Genesys” action that restores your session right where you left off, a notable improvement for organizations on custom domains.
Live updates that recover on their own
If your computer wakes from sleep or hits a brief connection hiccup, Mediabriz now reconnects automatically and keeps showing real-time conversations, with no manual refresh required. You stay in the flow, and the app keeps up.
