Customer messages don’t always arrive in a language you read comfortably, and sometimes it’s simply easier to listen than to read. Two new buttons on each message help with both.
Translate any message
Next to each message, a Translate button turns it into your language in a click. Mediabriz detects the original language automatically, and you can switch the target language on the fly. Working through a long email? The whole message is translated, not just a preview.
Have messages read aloud
A Read-aloud button speaks a message out loud, handy for accessibility, for multitasking, or simply for resting your eyes. It works for both chat messages and full emails. There’s nothing to switch on and nothing to download; the buttons are simply there when you need them.
